Inner Spirit Journeys

These Terms and Conditions ("Ts & Cs") govern your participation in any dealing with Inner Spirit Journeys. By participating as a client or competition entrant, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

These Terms are supplemental to and form part of the Inner Spirit Journeys Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") and the Inner Spirit Journeys Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to your participation as a client or competition entrant.

Note: eligibility for competitions, awards and rewards are determined by Inner Spirit Journeys in its sole discretion. Inner Spirit Journeys reserves the right to revoke eligibility or rewards if it determines that you do not meet the eligibility criteria or have violated Competition Terms or the Terms of Service.

Introduction to Competitions:

Inner Spirit Journeys offers competition to its eligible users (each, a "Client") to encourage them to refer new clients who have never been registered on the Inner Spirit Journeys Platform (each, an "Invitee") to the Inner Spirit Journeys Platform. By successfully entering a competition a client who meets the conditions and eligibility requirements set forth herein or in stipulated competition terms, the client may be eligible to receive prizes or rewards.

 

Eligibility to Competitions:

To be an “an eligible participant” in any competitions of Inner Spirit Journeys as a “Client”, you must have shown to have fulfilled all eligible requirements prior the prize being redeemed. Inner Spirit Journeys may request evidence of the requirements being fulfilled at any time prior the prize being redeemed. An "eligible participant" means all terms cited in the competition terms have been shown to be fulfilled and evidenced to Inner Spirit Journeys. The Client must evidence to Inner Spirit Journeys that all subscriptions, participations, comments and/or shares were fulfilled and are currently active on the Inner Spirit Journeys Platform and social media accounts at the time it is requested by Inner Spirit Journeys and at the time and/or prior the prize, reward or session being redeemed and/or "utilized". This means the subscriptions, memberships, participations, comments and/or shares must be active after the "Client" completes all eligibility requirements for a competition.

 

No Redemption or Exchanges:

Prizes may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or monetary equivalent.

Requirements of Sessions and Competitions:

All reading sessions, reiki sessions and sessions awarded as prizes of competitions are deemed to be telephonic unless otherwise stipulated. Telephone calls are to be made by "client", "participant" or "prize winner" to redeem prize. WhatsApp calls or normal calls are allowed. If a WhatsApp call doesn't work for any reason e.g. loadshedding, connection etc. a normal call is required to be made by client or participant. ​

 

While due consideration will be given to competition winners, prize session/s will be arranged at the convenience of Inner Spirit Journeys place, time and date, and at their sole discretion. Once a session is arranged and confirmed with a time/date as a competition prize, should a participant cancel or not show up for any reason, the session is forfeited and no further correspondence will be entered into.

 

Inner Spirit Journeys reserves the right to cancel and not reschedule a prize session due to client tardiness, absence and/or any other reason. Should Inner Spirit Journeys, in its sole discretion, consider a reschedule, this will need to be communicated and requested by the participant prior 48 hours of the prize session time. Failing which, no reschedule is permitted.​​​​​​
